Right now, when adjusting the main position of an input, the positions of any MultiView Overlays on that input are also adjusted, so that they remain in place & proportional, relative to the main input.

While I can appreciate that there are situations where that's beneficial, there are also situations where it's far more of a hindrance than a help.

Accordingly, a checkbox or something to maintain the MultiView Overlay positioning while the input's main positioning is adjusted would be greatly appreciated.

Have you considered using a black or transparent background for the main layer and then adding your ACTUAL main layer in the LAYER-1 position? That way you can adjust all layers independently from each other.

It's an option.

It's not ideal, as it removes the Pause/Play controls & time remaining when it's a video, unless I put the video itself in the preview screen, which ultimately makes me choose between those controls & information or an accurate preview.

But it is an option.
