Last night I was trying to record, using Vmix, my pastor's sermon. I encountered a problem I was not able to resolve and it is my hope that those more experienced with Vmix in this forum may shed some light on a solution.

Despite Render Time, GPU. CPU numbers all being in the low single digits, the video in the live view window was lagging significantly. Here is a link to a short 17 sec. test clip to show what it looked like: https://youtu.be/o2_uZ_F1pfQ

I have uploaded some screenshots of the configurations in use, as well as the configuration of the equipment I am using.

The strangest thing is, when I test this at home, there was zero lag; so I am completely perplexed. I am scheduled to retry another recording this evening, assuming I am able to find and correct the problem; to that end, I really could use some assistance.

It's likely an issue with the USB capture device or the port and not VMix.

Is there anything else plugged on the same side on the laptop? Usually, the same side ports share the same bus.
Also make sure you have the device driver installed.
