Hey Ya. I found a problem. It is associated with the item "Strict CBR" in the stream settings.

1.jpg (86kb) downloaded 6 time(s).

When a static picture is broadcast, the bitrate drops.

2.jpg (78kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

When there is a dynamic frame on the air, the bitrate tends to a predetermined value.

3.jpg (91kb) downloaded 3 time(s).

In the stream settings, the "Strict CBR" checkbox is selected. How can I make a real constant bitrate?

Constant bitrate is an illusion. I know not one product that is capable of a 100% locked bitrate, no matter what you throw at it. Constant bitrate is more a flattened ABR. And why waste data. It really doesn't makes sense. Yes, if you stream a static content and you have a monitoring on bandwidth it will throw an alarm. No question.
