Larix Screencaster - freeze first frame

Anyone familiar with the Larix apps to/from vMix?

While Larix broadcaster and SLDP player work flawlessly with the Screencaster vMix seems to get stuck at the first image received

Edit:Input details show me a Frame rate of 90090.09p ???

Screencaster is reporting a strange frame rate (90000fps!) which vMix does not support converting.
I can potentially add some checking for crazy frame rates in a future update, it won't be perfectly smooth as the conversion will be wrong
but will at least get some footage.

I have no problems with the Larix Screencaster. No matter whether via the public Internet or local network. No freeze. I see a frame rate of 30p in vMix with a resolution of 1280x720.
I had already described that here.

Hi Elvis

No issues with the other apps which provide a proper framerate etc , just the screencaster regardless of the vMix setup
The ScreenCaster input as listener shows 1920x1080 H264 / 90090.09p

Try the Screencaster - Capture - Virtual screen reolution - with 720p.
Adaptive bit rate - Ladder ascend.
Have you also installed the latest update from Screemaster? Date 03/26/2020

I also tested it on a laptop with vMix. The same values ​​as on the PC vMix.
I'm using a Huawei Mate 10. I don't think it could be due to the LG processor because Huawei uses a different processor. Can't you test Screencaster on another smartphone?
Otherwise I can unfortunately give more information than that it works for me without problems.


Edit:
I have now tested the Screencaster app on a Huawei P20 lite smartphone. It also works optimally here.

Edit:
Another question, do you have SRT with passphrase? I have not activated passphrase, I have not entered a password.
I always tested it without a passphrase. This may also have an impact?
