Hello everybody,
i am really struggling trying to set up an uv map for one of my virtual studios, i need to uvmap some screens, i create an uvmap gradient image png 64 bit for the screen i need to uvmap and i coded in the config file, but when i try to input something all i got is a distorted image.
I think i did everything as in the example given, i already searched the forum for similar issues but couldn't find anything.

here is the config file code (the only uvmap is in screen 1 line):

<virtualSet>
<input name="2. Midground" x="0" y="0" zoomX="1" zoomY="1" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0">Lateshow.png</input>
<input name="3. Screen 1" x="0.001133204" y="-0.01214731" zoomX="1" zoomY="1" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True" uvmap="uvmap1.png">screen1.png</input>
<input name="4. Screen 2" x="-0.5793951" y="0.1783942" zoomX="0.11" zoomY="0.13" rotateX="0" rotateY="-0.3" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">screen2.png</input>
<input name="5. Screen 3" x="-0.3272704" y="0.1733564" zoomX="0.125" zoomY="0.125" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">screen3.png</input>
<input name="6. Screen 4" x="0.3837779" y="-0.1540995" zoomX="0.15" zoomY="0.13" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">screen4.png</input>
<input name="7. Screen 5" x="0.2959591" y="0.2841877" zoomX="0.2" zoomY="0.16" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">screen5.png</input>
<input name="8. Talent A" x="0.3739376" y="0.2604533" zoomX="0.3" zoomY="0.3" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">talentA2-w.png</input>
<input name="9. Talent B" x="-0.552408" y="0.2151133" zoomX="0.3" zoomY="0.3" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">talentb-w.png</input>
<input name="10. Talent C" x="-0.3796035" y="0.2251889" zoomX="0.3" zoomY="0.3" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" dynamic="True">talentc-w.png</input>

<zoom name="Close Up" x="-0.65" y="-0.2" zoomX="2.2" zoomY="2.2" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" />
<zoom name="Medium Shot" x="0" y="0" zoomX="1.5" zoomY="1.5" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" />
<zoom name="Full" x="0" y="0" zoomX="1" zoomY="1" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" />
<zoom name="Custom" x="1.1" y="0" zoomX="2.4" zoomY="2.4" rotateX="0" rotateY="0" rotateZ="0" />
</virtualSet>

did you create the UVmap yourself ?

one is better off modifying or scaling a good one (available within an example here https://forums.vmix.com/...-UV-map-create#post10663 )

Hello,thank you for your reply.
I used the gradient png image I found in the uvmap example.
I used it as a texture for that screen in blender and I then exported the png 64bit that you can see attached.
Also the total studio image was saved as a png 64 bit.

It seems to me I’m doing exactly as in the example.
Initially I thought the problem was in the png saved as 32bit but neither 64bit solved anything.

probably easier to use the original UVMap png as an overlay on your studio background and resize it to match the background and use those numbers to put into the config file
or do similar in Photoshop and save that layer separately (same canvas size as the original)

It might be that the use as a texture in blender messed it up a bit

just made it out, it seems to work also with 32 bit png made in photoshop. It works both way, photoshop or blender, only thing it creates some sort of artifacts on the edge of the image mapped while moving the camera and it still move a bit while changing camera preset, from full to close-up for example screen 1 and 2 seem only one screen while in full but while zooming in they slowly separate one from the other showing the edge of the screens.
Anyway, i suppose this is the best i can achive right now. Thank you for your reply.
