I'm trying to use the NDI-HX iPhone with vMix. When I go into the Add Input option and select NDI. I see the device listed although the box is black and I can add the input and hear sound (although with a very noticable delay) However I can't get an video. Every couple minutes it will update with a still image but I'm not getting anything remotely resembling video.

Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?

Does it work in the Studio Monitor app on the same computer?

Why don't you use the Larix Broadcaster App and go via SRT. You may even bridge WAN -> LAN which is not possible with NDI natively. In essence as long as you have reception on your iphone you can submit into vmix that can be local/remote or even a complete other country.

Mavik, I'll give that a try.

FWIW, It appears to have been a network issue. Same setup on a different WiFi network and everything worked.

Glad you figured it out.
Feel free to test larix broadcaster it might give you a more secure link. You can use SRT LAN -> LAN or WAN -> LAN
