RecordProRes.PNG (9kb) downloaded 0 time(s).

(Kind of makes sense) Apple ProRes 422 (HQ) has a crazy file size Apple ProRes 422 (Proxy) is more manageable Reference https://vmi.tv/training/useful-stuff/Prores_Codecs

Those bitrates are normal in these environments.
