Hey vMix users!

So I've been having an issue with audio for a while and on the weekend I have narrowed it down. I'm using a Focusrite 18i20 and everything is fine until I hit "record" in vMix. When recording the audio randomly just ticks, cuts in and out quickly etc etc.

On the weekend I tried a few different recording options but they all did the same thing.

Does anyone have any ideas why this might be happening?

Sounds like an overloaded CPU.

I did think that but I'm running an i9 and CPU usage is super low. I've tried putting it on it's own usb bus as well and still the same.

I'm not sure what else it could be.

check your gpu memory if it's on max delete a load of video/ptz/title inputs (note which ones take up a lot) and see if it records smoothly
