It has always caused issues on productions specially when the user isn't skilled.

The Other thing is it takes a while to realise it's that an not something just bugging out that needs bring in again etc

Located in the lower right near the hamburger menu and Overlay settings

But still the Close button user interface needs to be fixed, based on the real life experiences reported in this feature request.

You can find it in the "Settings" / "Options" / "Display confirmation for Input Close button" checkbox. When you close an input you will get a red banner requesting Yes/No confirmation.
