I've had a hunt around and can't find an answer to this ...

If I create a trigger in an Input, and select the NDI Command function, a box appears for me to input the NDI Commend, eg AnimateIn1 or AnimateOut1 (in the case of Titler Live).

If I try to do the same thing as a shortcut, no box appears for me to enter the NDI command. However there is a message telling me that the shortcut will run the specified NDI command which I don't seem to be able to specify.

Anyone know what I'm missing?

Many thanks.

Checking the reference documentation for using commands I believe ;o)

NDICommand syntax is fully documented

That's not what I mean. I know what NDI commands I want to use. My point is there is nowhere to enter the command on the shortcut dialog when I select NDI command as the function. To clarify:

click the Settings button, click on Shortcuts, click Add, choose NDI command in the function drop down, and quick as a flash, no text box appears to enter the command.

Thanks for this Guillaume. This looks like a bug. Would you mind having a look to see if you get the same result?

If I create a new shortcut and select NDICommand as the function, I do get the screen you have shown there.

If I edit a pre-existing shortcut and change the function to NDICommand from something else, this is what I get:

With AnimateIn and AnimateInOut we find we have to hop between the two to keep it active.

Our set up is AnimateIn1 and then TitlerLive puts up a title with a set duration, 8secs, and animates off

sometimes it doesn't animate off so you have to do AnimateInOut and that works for a bit, once that stops reacting we go back to AnimateIn and the TitlerLive out animation will work again.

Are you using a version of vmix from before NDI commands were introduced? are you fully up to date on upgrades?
