Hi Guys,

I have an error when using a keyboard shortcut to save a Video Delay. When I click the save button on the delay it saves with no problem... but using the shortcut key I get the following error:

My shortcut key settings are:

Key: C
Function: SaveVideoDelay
Duration: 1000
Input: Delay - Decklink Video Capture 4


Any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?

Hi,

Could you try setting a higher duration on the shortcut, say 10000 and see what happens?
Also, what codec are you using when creating the video delay?

Hi Martin,

Thanks for the quick reply... Ill test it... using BlackMagic MJPEG..

Changing the time to 10000 fixed the problem... cheers!
