Magwell SDI 4k+ card with audio -- way to get on both channels?

We are using our new Magewell USB Capture SDI 4K Plus to bring in an SDI camera and replacing the audio via the 3.5 audio in connection – audio is coming from a Sennheiser wireless lav microphone receiver.
In vMix the audio is only coming in on only one channel – even though it is voice only (host of interview), would like it to come in on both channels the way other guests audio in vMix Call comes in – so we don’t have to crank up gain or volume to distortion level to match other audio.
Any way to do that in card or vMix? A switch to capture a mono signal, something that will span both channels, a dual mono setting or the like?
Thanks.

Yes of course, it's vMix! Have a look at the channel matrix in audio / settings. Sdi is a great way to truck audio around, you'll notice a huge difference. https://www.vmix.com/help20/
