What type of computer specs do you all have on your VMIX systems that can do 4 camera replay? I know that the website has reference systems, however, there are so many components and PC builds out there that can probably get the job done just like the reference systems on the vmix website. The xmix website example has the following example:

Graphics Card

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060
Samsung 850 Pro 1TB SSD
Intel Core i7 7700K 4.2GHz +
16GB (2x8GB) DDR4
Windows 10

However, a friend of mine was able to get vmix with 4 camera replay on a computer with the following specs:

Dell desktop
i7-5930k 3.5 gHz
500 GB SSD
32gb RAM
Nvidia GeForce GTX 980i
Windows 10


I want to see what everyone is running? What is the absolute minimum needed for 4 camera replay. Any info is appreciated!

I just bought a used Alienware small form factor desktop on ebay.

It has an i7 - 3.6 GHz processor
16GB Ram
256 GB SSD
and a 1 TB 5200RPM drive.
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 Ti OEM

I installed the full trial version of VMIX pro 20

It is set up for 4 camera replay!

Because it's a small form factor PC the expansion slots for capture devices is taken. However, it does have 6 usb 3.0 ports. So with 6 magewell SDI or HDMI capture dongles, 6 cameras can be used with VMIX and 4 of them routed to the replay recorder.
