Hi All,

Have just had the ,vMix has stopped working error'. Any help would be hugely appreciated as I have some events coming up.

Hi,

VideoCaptureApi.dll is part of the Elgato driver, so it looks like the problem is with the Elgato driver unfortunately.
You can try seeing if they have an update available, otherwise you might need to contact them for a fix.

OK, thanks. It's on the current version.

I'll reinstall and see if it happens again although I'm fairly sure I won't use it for an event if there's even the most remote chance that it will happen.
