Blackmagic decklink duo 2 SDI, I have a camera with an SDI output, when I plug it into the computer it doesn't work. How can this issue be resolved, I have all the software updated and all the frame rates are running the same. I also have a BlackMagic ATEM switcher, The camera we are using is a SONY HXR-NX100! can anyone heko

It does have a HDMI output so you can probably get it to work with a BlackMagic micro HDMI->SDI converter (set to SDI output level B) and do it that way.
