hi there.....

I'm having trouble using the internal camera, all camera sources will get a notice Capture Resolution is not support by this Device...can anyone help me?...
The camera works normally when I use it on OBS or Zoom

My laptop..
Asus Zenbook 14 U425

VMix Version 24.0.0.63

What resolutions did you try in vMix?

Maybe you have to use one of the legacy drivers.

do i have to download a new driver?, which one do you mean?...
i've tried to added input from external Camera even iVCam, but doesnt work....always Pop Up on VMix Screen Capture Resolution is not support by this Device

what's the max resolution of your camera and did you open that resolution in vMix?

Some integrated cams pretend (or simulate) a higher resolutions as they really have. Go try 720p. It's very rare to have build in webcams to have a FHD resolution.

This might help

When creating the camera input, try setting the video format to something that won't be compatible (for example ARGB32), then try to save the input.
You'll get an error dialog box that lists all of the available formats for that camera.

try
https://webrtchacks.gith...ebRTC-Camera-Resolution/
and you will see the resolution of you camera
then try that resolution in vMix
