Is it possible to auto-resize a rectangle, based on the above text box width?

Lets say I have a lower third GT file that has simply a TextBlock1 above a Rectangle1. The Text is set to automatically resize Width. Is it possible to stretch the underlying Rectangle1 so that if there is a small amount of text, the rectangle would autosize and be narrower vs if there was a lot of text and the Rectangle gets wider automagically?

I know Expression has this functionality quite easily.

Thanks.

Is it possible to have two TextBlocks do this as well:
For example TextBlock1 = "First Lastname" and TextBlock = "@twitterhandle" and have them "on the same line" so that if the name is long, it pushes the @twitterhandle to the right?

Thanks again!

Is it possible to do this with right-aligned text? Whenever I set the textbox to "width", it then forces left-aligned text.
