I messaged vmix regarding a problem I had with GT Title designer anchor point for text bounding, and was told that this was not possible at the moment but to add it as a feature request..so here I am. When making titles using the text bounding option, I would like to be able to have the text growing to the left instead of always having to expand to the right. I hope this makes sense, but it is shown better in the following video. As you can see at the end when I add the 2 "Fs"the bounding box expands only to the right would be great if the white/pink box could stay where it as (on the right hand side and the text expands to the left, instead of the right.

+1, as well as growing both ways (for centered texts). I sort of assumed it would work this way too, only used expand right so far.

+1 for this also. This is essential for sportscasts.

This looks like a half-baked feature in general, even rotating a text object by 180 degrees along the X axisdoes not affect the anchor point. For RTL scripts it is a real bummer, if one wants to use a natural in such a case right aligned text growing to the left.

+1 Plus the same behaviour for Center alignment of text - I would want to use this feature for titling, I use 'speaking head' window (~70% scale) placed in the centre of fullframe background. And would want to title different speakers using DataSource. Titles should be aligned in the centre below a 'speaking head'

+1
This might seem like a minor issue, but the current state - where text boxes only expand to the left - makes it impossible to implement a right-aligned client title design.
