I need to delay an NDI capture by 12 frames to sync with audio. The delay video under advanced is greyed out for that input- and it seems to be greyed out on all inputs. Is there a way to enable it?

I've never done it before, and a quick scan though settings and options, I'm not sure where to start. Manual or video (and I'm opening up the manual now, may find it on my own, but just trying to stay on top of this before my next scheduled call today!)

your first problem is you havent tested enough second , kind of late to go through the helpfiles and then not be able to test Kind of strange you mentioned a video in source too which apparently isn't on the other hand there is this tool called Google search which will lead you to a S...load of vMix instructional videos (from vMix itself noless) suggest also to brush up on how a call comes in ;-)
