Hi Everyone! I've used vMix before (although personally), however I uninstalled it because it was no longer needed and I needed the disk space. However, we're now going to use it at church, for live-streaming/mixing our services. I'm having issues installing vMix (I purchased a new system between uses so there are no residual files). When I run through the installer, when it gets to the bit where it runs all the DLL / AX files through regsvr32, I always have issues with vMixVideo.ax, with regsvr32 exiting with Error Code 0x3. (see screenshot) I double check the directory to ensure that it's actually been extracted, it's there (see screenshot). I then try to manually run the file through regsvr32, but it fails with the following error: "The module "vMixVideo.ax" may not be compatible with the version of Windows that you're running. Check if the module is compatible with an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of regsvr32.exe." (see screenshot) I'm using Windows 10, Version 1909, Build 18363.778. (see screenshot Some recent updates although I did have to replace my motherboard yesterday (from an MSI B360-based board) which is why there's a load of Driver Updates. (see screenshot) My specs are: - CPU: Intel Core i5-9400F
- RAM: 16GB DDR4-2666 Patriot Viper
- Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus H370 GAMING 3 WIFI (rev 1.0)
- GPU: XFX Radeon RX 580 8GB GTS XXX Edition
- Boot SSD: WD Blue 256 GB SATA M.2 SSD (C: Drive)
- Drive 2: Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM HDD
I've made sure that I'm using the latest download from the website, it is. I've tried installing about 8 times, all with the same outcome. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any support that can be provided will be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried running the installer as Administrator?

However, I suspect the issue is not with how I'm running the installer, but with the compatibility between vMixVideo.ax and my operating system since it doesn't want to register even when I try registering it manually through the Administrator Command Prompt using regsvr32.

OK. Something else is going on then. What I would do is re-image the PC. Do a complete install of win10, let all updates run. Then install vMix. I suspect you have another culprit stopping the installation.
