hi martin,

would it be possible to set fixed directories for recordings and presets, preferably in settings. so they don't change to last dir used.

now when you want to save a preset you will be directed to the last used directory. that can be confusing and cumbersome when setting up a project.

As a possible solution, in all open file dialogs under Windows 7 or higher there is a Favourites section in the left hand column.
Simply drag and drop any folders you regularly access in vMix in to Favourites.

yes i know.

but i use presets as a frequent tool to be able to switch recording session and with all settings prepared. it is a hassle to have to check the preset dir every time. so sometimes i save them in a different directory because this was last used.

if you set it to a fixed directory, i can save them quickly and i always know where they are for quick use.
