hello i ma new and i have import a new ticker by my self made with gt title degigner but doesn't work all apper black ,can you help me?

I would suggest giving a bit more information in order to get answers or solutions.

your Vmix license version (not license number !)
what exactly did you do
maybe attach the title so people can check
....
