I can think of one that natively supports it, but in displayport only. Datapath VisionSC-DP2 captures 2xDisplayPort 1.2 connections.
There is an 8K capture card from Blackmagic Design that uses 4x12G-SDI connections, but I think that the signals need to be synced by an external clock. Some people claim that if the 4K signals are synced that you might be able to have 4x4K signals, but that sounds like a real pain if it is true.

Magewell was showing a dual channel version of the Pro Capture HDMI 4K Plus at IBC, which may be available before the end of this year.

I was reading about DeckLink 8K Pro and i found that it CAN INPUT only one stream. I dont know what for are the rest of sdi inputs. Maybe for audio etc.
