Has anyone had any luck getting a MIDI controller such as the Akai APC Mini to work over a KVM ethernet extender. My vMix machine is in a rack room about 100ft away, and is connected via KVM to the computer monitor, keyboard and mouse. Everything else works as normal, but my APC Mini isn't registering any button presses despite being lit up. Anyone have any luck or ideas on a longer run Midi controller?

At what point are you attaching the device?
In order to be recognized by vMix, it needs to be connected before launching vMix and enabled in Shortcuts and Activators settings window.
(not sure if that is the issue or not, but thought I should bring it to everyone's awareness)

Good point, I did try multiple connection options, rebooted windows, etc, it connects sorta in that the lights light up, and the audio faders work some of the time, but the button's do not function.
