Hi,

Are you clicking the "Video contains alpha channel" tickbox when adding the video?

Hi,

Could you confirm which graphics card you are using?
Also, would you be able to send the video clip to us for testing?
You can use https://fileobject.com/ to upload it.

test AVI Alpha channel vMix10

vMix9 works well play AVI with Alpha channel. But when using the v10, AVI Alpha channel not show perfect results.

Thanks,

Does the AVI use compression at all?
Also, can you open up the input settings and provide a screenshot of the advanced tab?

AVI Alpha channel test.avi
https://fileobject.com/ucwznvdhasaarn/

I've uploaded a transparent background AVI file.
please test in vMix9 and v10.

Is it only on my PC, whether it is from vMix10?
Because when I test in v9 works well

I'm sorry if my english bad.
Thank you

I've just tested the video in vMix 10 on Windows 7, 8 and on NVIDIA and AMD cards and the alpha channel works fine.
Can you provide a screenshot of the advanced tab in vMix 10 as requested? This will allow me to see if anything strange is happening.

Martin
