vMix 10 AVI alpha channel issue

Hi Admin, Why on vMix10 when playing AVI alpha channel unlike in vMix9. Is there a solution? Thank you.

Hi,
Are you clicking the "Video contains alpha channel" tickbox when adding the video?

Martin vMix I've already done it. but the result is the same. do i have to install certain codecs specifically vMix 10?

Does the AVI use compression at all? Also, can you open up the input settings and provide a screenshot of the advanced tab?

AVI Alpha channel test.avi https://fileobject.com/ucwznvdhasaarn/I've uploaded a transparent background AVI file. please test in vMix9 and v10. Is it only on my PC, whether it is from vMix10? Because when I test in v9 works well I'm sorry if my english bad. Thank you

I've just tested the video in vMix 10 on Windows 7, 8 and on NVIDIA and AMD cards and the alpha channel works fine. Can you provide a screenshot of the advanced tab in vMix 10 as requested? This will allow me to see if anything strange is happening.

yeah ... problem has been found!!!!!!. it lies in the LAV Video Decoder. After I uninstalled LAV video codec, is now working fine.
