Windows just did an update now i'm getting this error when I turn on External Output.
StartStopExternal Selected Video Format is not supported by this device: bmdModeHD1080p2997 Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
I'm using a BMD Decklink Quad 2 with 4 cameras in and 1 output to my livestream.com broadcaster box. Everything has been working fine until windows did an auto update yesterday.
Vmix 19.0.0.50 Decklink software 10.9.3 Windows 10 i7-6700 8GB RAM
4 items Windows updated sense last know working config (Sunday June 4th)
1) Security Update for Adobe Flash Player (kbid-402082a) 2) KB4021572 3) KB4020102 4) Visual C++ 2008 x86 Runtime - v9.0.3729.01
Next step it to uninstall the updates one by one to see if that fixes it.
Any help or ideas you guys can give would be appreciated.

I had a similar problem when trying to record today in vmix 19.0.0.50. I upgraded to latest version 19.0.0.53 still same problem
Then I went backwards and realised that vmix 19.0.49 worked and recorded as expected.
I haven't installed windows update since May 12th
I'm running
Windows 7 sp1 I5-2500 16 GB RAM
I'm using BMD Intensity Shuttle USB3 DVS Version 10.8.5
Even just record a prerecord video, vmix still do the Fail in version 19.0.0.50 and .53
Jesper
PS has done some more testing and changed my MP4 record settings from H264High to H264Baseline the I could record in vmix 19.0.0.53

Uninstalling the updates didn't do anything so I rolled back windows 10 to an earlier state and now its working fine on 19.0.0.50. But doing so corrupted up my installation of BMD software so I had to re-download an older version to fully uninstall it and then I installed the lasted version.
I have yet to try version 19.0.0.53

This exact same issue just happened for me.
I would receive the same error message when trying to use an external recorder. No settings had been changed, and we had successful shows and recordings just last week.
Finally figured out bloody Windows ran automatic updates. (can't seem to figure out how to completely disable that on Windows 10)
Anywho uninstalled 2/3 of the updates listed on the history list, but couldn't uninstall the 3rd item which was a service pack. Restarted the system, same problem. Seems there's no way to uninstall the service pack, and we thought we were stuck.
Did a system recovery on the whole PC to bring it back to the previous build, and voila everything works again.
Windows Updates = Unhappy Vmix
