Hi, the Vmix in 32 bit works perfectly on my customers's Asus PC, I7 CPU, Windows 7 Ultimate and Decklink "Quad" board. When he tries to start Vmix 64bit version he receives this message "Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component".
What can I do to fix this problem?
I have two other identical Asus computers on which the Vmix 64 bit works perfectly without giving any error message.
