For my Foscam C2 IP-cams I use the following URL to connect:
rtsp://user:password@ip-adres:88/videoMain
Not all cams are the same, therefore you should check manual or find out on internet using google!

Ok so here's the product page by the manufacturer http://www.aevision.com.cn/product1/show-265.htmlI think RTSP is the way to go. Unfortunately there's no documentation online. From the specs I noticed that audio is G711 Alaw. This is not compatible with vMix, so at best you will have image only or probably nothing at all unless there is a way to deactivate audio from the feed. Maybe VLC will ingest H264+G711, so it could be possible to NDI out from VLC to vMix. Sorry I can't help more but without documentation it's difficult. I suppose anyway the web interface for the camera should explain how to use it. Guillaume
