Not all xaml files are supposed to be opened with Title Designer As Doggy explained, only files created for vMix using the WPF User Controls can be used. XAML is a language used for many purposes, none of them are compatible with everything. Check the doc for this: http://www.vmix.com/help...veloperInformation1.html

Did you buy the Xaml templates as titles for vmix (as such advertised) ? Do they run in vmix itself ? seeing the code of one might help
ps my own (Blend)titles might crash too in the editor while they run just fine in vMix ;-)

I bought an online animated tempates realized for vMix. It works. I just want to make small changes. Change color or move an object. I have to use vMix Title Designer? Should I use Blend? What program should I use?

they are animated as you say so definitely not edit in title designer but in blend (or manual with a text editor ) They are probably way to complex for title designer to cope with Hard to say without seeing the code or even if there is codebehind involved with them

I am having an issue with the supplied Scoreboard templates in vMix....I have some fairly long names, and they do not fit in the area designed for them.. I have to make them small, and sometimes they are too small to read clearly.....how do I adjust that space so it can be wider to accept these long names.....Thank you.

You simply have to make your own graphics and xaml templates according to your needs.

I started to play with the code, and was able to make adjustments to get a bigger space for the titles in the Scoreboard....I can now use longer names....I edited the code.....mind you, I am not a code writer, but I have a little understanding, and I tweaked it until I got what I wanted....I can share what I did if anyone wants to have it....
