I would like to send out one stream to 2 different CDNs. I know I can do it through the Advanced tab, say to YouTube (primary and backup), but can it work with, say Dacast and YouTube (or any 2 different CDNs)?
Has anyone done this? I would assume you could if you didnt enter the destination presets but used default. The destination presets turn off the Advanced tab.
Well, I will try it....

no I do not
using 16 0 0 115 & 114

I have no numbered settings, only
Destination
URL
Key or Name,
and
Advanced, which has 2 entry spots, one for name and password, and the other for URL, UN & PW.

FIXED:
NOTE: APPLICATION needs to be set to FFMPEG, not FMLE !

Hmm, i never noticed that FMLE did not support multicast. If you must use FMLE you can try setting up a RTMP bounce using Unreal Media Server or ngix.

as regards the FMLE vs FFMPEG encode: could someone explain the difference in the log reports to me?
Viewing status in FMLE shows a simple "chart" where FFMPEG shows an updating frame/fps/kbps/sec report.
Is that normal, and does it build a huge log file over time (and can I discard it)?
Thanks

use www.restream.io, Youtube and all big websites are free to stream to, if you need custom cdn's, you pay 15 $ per destination. The positive side of this, is that you use less bandwidth on location.
