I would try FMLE and see if you get the same result, not long term just to get additional insight into the problem. FMLE is a free download, worth installing as it's been stable for much longer than FFMPEG via Vmix (FFMPEG is great, but FMLE is old reliable).

Someone might know more than me, but I have only seen this message when accidentally setting the bitrate higher than my upstream link could possibly do. Yes I added an extra 0 to the bitrate and took me a while to figure that out. If you could do a speedtest at the time to a server in a similar zone and check the bandwidth available is about 30% more than the bitrate you are using should be ok.

I hope that points you in the right direction.

increase -rtbufsize value ieg.

Code:
ffmpeg.exe -f dshow -rtbufsize 2G -i video="vMix Video"...

in this example rtbufsize has value of 2Gigs

The ffmpeg log file looks quite strange.
It appears a very old version of vMix is being used.

Please install the latest version from our web site that has built in streaming support.

This log file is from 2012, so it does not appear to be related to vMix 14 or 15, but before streaming was
enabled back in vMix 8 or earlier.

In any case, if you cant stream at 1Mbps run a speedtest on speedtest.net to make sure your internet connection is fast enough.

I know this sounds strange, but to help diagnostics maybe just open up FMLE (turn on any capture device as a source) and see what it says going to the same server. That will not fix your problem of course, but if it works without error will prove the problem is with FFMPEG or how VMix is launching FFMPEG.

Sometimes doing something similar to the result you want to achieve, but not the same with another way directs you to cause of the issue or at least rules out many other factors are causing a problem.

If you have already tried, ignore me completely :)
