Hi,

I am currently using your software on trail and it is great.

Though i do have an issue:

I am using 2 Osprey composite input cards and a decklink hd pro as the sdi output.

I am getting an error " Pixel shaders are not supported by the installed graphics hardware" when
i click on start for the external device.

The external output settings are correct for the card and UYVY | VMR9 is selected under Performance.

I'm currently running XP Pro SP2.

I would be grateful for any assistance.

Thanks

Mark

Hi Mark,

What graphics card do you have?
The error message usually means an old graphics card is installed which does not support the external output feature.

Hi Martin,

the graphics card is RADEON 9250.

So the error wouldn't be related to the decklink card ? as 'Decklink' appears in the box below
the error.

What graphics hardware would you recommend?

Thanks

Mark

Any recent graphics card will work fine.

NVIDIA 240GT or 430GT for example.

The DeckLink output requires pixel shaders on the graphics card so that is why that error appears.
