Bonjour,
I have audio clicks and cuts when I read video files.
I use VMIX to project video files in our auditorium: I send output to FullScreen ( to the Epson videoprojector ) and have a MOTU audio interface for the sound system.
Sound cut and clic as there are no problem reading the file un VLC ?
I use VMIX 29.0.0.48 and Windows 11 updated...
I use the MOTU audio wave 64bit and I try with the MOTU ASIO... but problem is the same.

It's very annoying for the audience!

any idea ?

check if the audio of the files or the playback have a DC offset (this was the case with some of my recordings from a particular camera)
if that is the case you can use a VST plugin to rectify that

Bon, I use this PC with Protools too and I change the "samples per buffer" ! (512 to 128) for audio recording.

I set back the "Samples per Buffer" to 512 and it's OK .

For audio 128 samples at 48k is 3ms : good for audio recording
512 samples at 48k is 11ms : good for VMIX as render time in my case is 5ms to 12ms...

PS: these are movies so I didn't check offset DC.
I just ajust FPS from 24 to 25 (using Shutter Encoder) and it reduce the amount of GPU Mem from 59% to 44%. I have a RTX 2060.
thanks 1 user thanked papaG4 for this useful post.
