I keep getting the following error with 1 specific show host that I've been troubleshooting. At first I thought it may be because we were having them go through our InternetClicker page... but even direct through advanced.vmixcall.com we get it. Any ideas of where to start?

He's been using Firefox and I'm trying to get them to have Chrome installed on their corporate computer. (corporate computer... that's my next troubleshoot)

To be clear, is the error on the host's end or the vMix end?

Hi,

This is only a warning message that may appear every now and then in the vMix Call message log in vMix.
It does not impact the ability for the browser to connect, and just means one of the many possible networks to connect through was not valid at that time.
(Also, FireFox should work fine as long as it is up to date, just did a test to confirm this)

So this won't be the cause of any connectivity issues, I suggest reviewing the following guide and reaching out to vMix support:

Thank you WaltG and Martin.

This is an error we get on our end from Call Manager. I've been trying to coordinate with their company IT to go through anything on their computer that could be causing this as we have frequent call drops from them... but only this specific employee. I will continue to troubleshoot.
