Don't even dream it !
While the effect might be simulated with images or a simple rectangle and a lot of fiddeling around with timing and dupkicates of the elements , combining it with the information fields needed it becomes sheer impossible and a real PITA to get it right not to mantion adding the same data to duplicate fields etc etc .

If you really want something like this look for something externally that can create animations that has timelines for them , proper grouping of elements and so forth.
One would have better luck with the by now for vMix depricated XAMLL animation titles

This should be possible if you split your scoreboard into a left and a right part (two title inputs). Add two transparent colour inputs, place sponsor logo on layer 1, left and right part on layers 2 and 3, with the different position. Use mix input as an overlay and to merge between these transparent inputs.

You have to prepare your scoreboard, that it can be split into two pieces, thus two inputs. Are you familiar with mix inputs and how merge works?
