Rank: Newbie Groups: Registered Joined: 6/22/2024(UTC) Posts: 4		How can I make playlist as an input ? I will use Mp4 and jpeg files and like to change stay time for stills. For example: 1. File1.mp4 2. file2.jpeg (10sec) 3. file3.jpeg (5sec) 4. file4.mp4 I really need this as an input, not using the playlist function.

Playout of a playlist go to output anyway ie the big screens ;-) . No need for it to be a separate input .

A way to do a mix between videos and images and work as you need,is to make a script that when the image is selected,make a pause/sleep as many time you need and then go to next item. A script or if you use bitfocus companion,you can make triggers to do what you need

You can control timing and transitions quickly, and even export a video if you'd like. True, it's not an internal-to-vMix solution, but it has its benefits.
