Hello,
I would like to recommend to be able to change the first and second cameras too, instead of having them hardcoded to the preview and output, which forces you to only have 14 cameras instead of a full 4x4 matrix.
Also, maybe add a 5x5 matrix.
And finally, I don't know the complexity, but be able to output a MultiView with a different resolution than the production output, so you can output 1080 but will be able to have a 4x4 MultiView with 4k, to have more detailed images. A 4x4 in 1080 looks really ugly.
Thank you.

And perhaps the possibility of creating a multiview per output; the limitation to only one output is detrimental for large-scale usability.
Thank you.

I'd also love it if the multiviewer would indicate if any of the sources shown are in output, either directly or as a layer on the actual output.

Sorry, yes I realised after I posted that it does it for direct inputs, however doesn't do it for layers. If you have 2 inputs and both are shown on the multiviewer, they will go red/green if they are taken directly to air. However, if you then add input 1 as a layer of input 2, and take input 2 to air, only input 2 will go red on the multiviewer. I'd love it if, in that scenario, both multiview inputs went red (as they are both part of the output).

Yes. I would like to have more options for customizing the multiview. And it is possible to output two different types of multiview to different FullScreen outputs

I can fully agree Llorx and would also desperately need a better multiviewer. European broadcasters still use 1080i as production format. Having to deal with a 1080i multiviewer (as I cannot change the mutliviewer resolution separately) which is almost not customizable at all, is my biggest issue with vMix.
@vMix team: What is your view on this? I did already request this feature in person at IBC 2022 and 2023. Any updates on this topic for us?

Hi I also would really like if the Multiview output would have more options. I have found these request that already are in the forums: 4 Source Choices for Quadsplit MultiviewAdded multiview options for sourcesMultiView of Mix InputsThe last one is actually my own. I have made a workaround via a script, where you can route a Mix-inputs preview source into at layer on a self made MultiView. I would prefer that the guys at vMix would make a update, but you can try and get the script here. multiview-v4.txt (4kb) downloaded 4 time(s). (I think you need to be signed in to download)

+1 on this one.
I've created a custom multiviewer by creating a new source, but this lacks functionality in terms of tally (program/preview) and the inputs are pretty fixed which limits your flexibility.
