No bug report, but a positive feedback:
I was using vMix in the summer to playout several non-standard video files via SDI External Output to a LED Wall
Some where recorded with a mobile phone, some where just in the aspect ratio of the LED Wall.
With V25 those files weren't shown in the right aspect ratio so I had to use a template file with the correct ratio and stretch them until they were exactly in the right ratio.
With V26 this seems to be fixed and all non-standard video files are automatically shown in the right ratio. That is really helpful for many workflows.
Thanks for that!

I am working with V25 and Windows11 without any problems. But if possible, most of my vMix-PCs still use Win10. But are there any known problems?

Follow up on my testing My HD Basic System with an i7 and K4000 was brought to it's knees with a single Gaussian Blur on video. As I turn up the Blur my GPU throws Errors
This did not surprise me I just wanted to report back my additional testing experience My original testing on a still image did not have any issues. Video or moving images by comparison was a whole different story
Does the nVidia RTX(3050/60/70/80/90 & A4000/5k/6k) series have additional hardware to help with the Gaussian Blur. I know they added Ray Tracing and other things.
I am just wondering what the real world usage for Gaussian Blur is on a faster GPU. Can it handle 3,4,5 instances of the effect? Also for me it was directly proportional as I raised the effect I crippled the GPU, as I lowered it back the system could handle it.
My 4 Input setup was 1 NDI, 2 Virtual Input of NDI, 3 Composite of Blur Input 2 and Non Blur Input 1. Input 4 was empty
I used a LUT which did not seem very GPU intensive and a Gaussian Blur to create a composite for a 9:16 Video on a 16:9 view.
Looked great except I could not blur too much.
Love the new effects.

Yes its fixed the aspect ratio and it is very very helpful. But it is missing the feature "fill with black" like the images have from version v25. Yes i know i should post it in features but if possible it will be awesome!!

That's funny because I spent half my day yesterday making the Black Sides Transparent with the LumaKey Punch out I would think having a Transparent side would give a lot more flexibility. I typically will MultiView(layer) if I need a solid background.

Yes, I think it's the best decision to leave everything transparent because it should fit for the most usecases. You can fill the background with anything you want by using the regular ways with layers.

I typically will MultiView(layer) if I need a solid background. Yes i know what you mean. But many times in my live productions the talents want the videos full screen. Dont like multiview layers because they want for example to drink water or cough or look something in their phones etc.. They send me videos (we dont have director, producer etc) taken from mobile phones last moment (they are on the air and speak to tv audience and same time look their mobiles and send me videos for viewing) and then i need to download, overlay them and they voice over. For now i have a script that when a new video comes into vmix and it is 9/16 (thank you vmix team for correct aspect ratio because until now i loose extra time to go manually to video source and correct manually aspect ratio), makes a new input background black and to this new input overlays the 9/16 video so i have full screen video directly in overlay. But i would prefer personally to select it directly like photos slideshow (i had same script for photos until v24 but from v25 doesnt need it) to speed up a little more things

I noticed VB Cable no longer load in the Audio Mixer section. Is that how v26 is?

VB Cable is just an audio source in vMix like any other. It has not changed in 26. If you do not see it in the mixer, then it has not been added as an input or the driver is not working and the input is offline as a result.

The activators for program/preview on mix 5 to 16 are incorrectly named, some overlap in use of activator names, and the Activators list does not include them.
List of Mix activators for program/preview state. Mix 1 - Input & InputPreview Mix 2 - InputMix2 & InputPreviewMix2 Mix 3 - InputMix3 & InputPreviewMix3 Mix 2 - InputMix4 & InputPreviewMix4 Mix 5 - 104 & 114 Mix 6 - 105 & 115 Mix 7 - 106 & 116 Mix 8 - 107 & 117 Mix 9 - 108 & 118 Mix 10 - 109 & 119 Mix 11 - InputPreview & InputDynamic1 Mix 12 - InputPreviewMix2 & InputDynamic2 Mix 13 - InputPreviewMix3 & InputDynamic3 Mix 14 - InputPreviewMix4 & InputDynamic4 Mix 15 - 114 & 124 Mix 16 - 115 & 125
As you can see, several of the new Mix inputs are numbered rather than following the InputMixX and InputPreviewMixX naming. Additionally the overlap can be quite problematic, as mix 11 to 16 have activators fire on change of their program that overlaps with the activators used for the preview of mix 1 to 6, and change of the preview of Mix 11 to 14 sends activator messages for InputDynamic 1 to 4.

Problem: I have an "exeptional error with a webclient request" (free translated from my language) as soon as I click on update...

You may be behind a 3rd party firewall or security software that is blocking the update app unintentionally. Download the installer from the above link instead.

Sugestion: disable copy/past buttons when Main is selected as it looks its only intended for between layers
