Hi Guys

Does anyone know if / how I can create a shortcut to have a GT title / input move horizontally up the screen to a set position?

I've tried using SetPanY but this just moves the graphic immediately, whereas I want it to animate up the screen.

depending on exact movement whishes might be achievable within your title design itself (not enough info in the question)

else move/pan in steps using scripting.

Thanks for the quick reply - I simply need the graphic to move Y from 0 to 0.17 within half a second.

I couldn't find any animation options in the GT designer to achieve this?

again a lot depends on the title itself , does it already contains animations for example ? does it really needs to happen at a certain time( button press or delay) or on overlayin for example
Personally i would opt for a script if it has to be on command . might have to calculate the steps to match the movement within the distance and time wanted

btw panY is vertical
