Good day,
We are having an issue were the desktop capture software will crash whenever we lock the user down on our mac. I have just updated it to the latest desktop capture software and it still done it. Any thoughts?

Thank You

Can you clarify what "lock the user down" means?

I think it's sleep mode or close the user's session.

It's just logging out of the current user. i will say this, it only seems to happen when I use TeamViewer and when I remote in and then close out of the remote session, it locks the mac and then it crashes vMix then.

vMix Desktop Capture is a user session level application. It does not work as a service (always active in the background).

If you log out your user running it, it's normal it does not work anymore.
thanks 1 user thanked DWAM for this useful post.
