hi Martin,

can you implement a feature that make possible to use an alfa video file as a transition?

the idea is to use something like that:

see the 00:16, 01:11 and 09:18

if is possible on that feature, give the option to choose what time of that video the user wishes to make the change of camera.

These sorts of transition effects cannot be done with an alpha channel video file.
To explain why, consider a simple horizontal wipe effect:

This effect requires two channels, the A mask and the B mask. Alpha channel only provides one channel of information.

so, can you implement a 3 channel transition effect with possibility to choose what do you want(video,image,swf...) to use on each channel? or only choose what do you want to use on 3rd channel?

maybe i`m sugesting by the wrong way, please forgive me about that, but what i mean with this sugestion is that the final result in vmix to be a transition effect like you can find on posted youtube video, or something like that.
