I'm pleased to have bought vMix for our ongoing webcast production. Thanks!

I was confused by the wording of the registration emails and the vMix About dialogue. I need to confirm I do, indeed, have a fully functioning, non-expiring copy of vMix HD.

The email reads "Expiry Date: 19 February 2113."

My vMix About dialogue reads "Expiry Date: 18 February 2113."

That's a bit startling since I just entered the new reg key.

Thanks,

Michael

Purchased keys are set to expire 100 years in the future (2113)

Oh! Ha ha. Might help to actually READ the date.

So, I can't pass this on to my great-grandchildren?

Damn. And I expected it to become an heirloom.

Hi Martin,
Had to do a clean install of windows 7, now registration key not accepted and needs to be activated because of "new hardware" (not new, just formated) but my e-mail is not recognized by the re-activation login??? I had put in the wrong one a couple times... Is there a time-out or wait period before trying again?
It's frustrating enough having to re-install all my programs. Just wondering what the process is from here.

Thanks

If you are having trouble with the activation page, email your key to info@vmix.com.au and I can report back what email address should be used.
