I'm planning to use a combination of a camcorder, AverMedia video capture PCI card (Avertv HD DVR High Definition / Analog Video Capture Card PCIe MTVHDDVRR installed on a desktop computer) and vMix to capture and mix a live video from our church service. I want to send the output to the TV in the room located away from the sanctuary. We currently already have a coaxial cable running between the camera and the TV, and since I now have vMix inbetween, I need to figure out how to put the computer between the camera and the TV.

The above link indicates I need another card for output, which makes sense. But can someone please let me know what is a good card to purchase for this purpose? Intensity Pro, Shuttle , Decklink.. are they different? Which is better?

Hi puruzio!

In my case, i'm planning to buy a VGA to RCA adapter, to send the second video output of my video card to a TV (SD quality) over RCA (that allows a little more distance than HDMI or DVI cables).

Graphics Card with TV Out can also be used connect to the tv / projector using coaxial cable

I've use a VGA to Composite converter from Monoprice to do this exactly. Connected the VGA output from the graphics card to the converter. In my case, the composite output was connected to a high power microwave sender that sent the video signal over 600ft to a large JumboTron. It was an expensive setup, but made the event that much more enjoyable for the announcers and the crowd in attendance using the instant replay onsite.
