Hello all,
I can't find configuration for clean rec(without overlay) and video sream with overlay.
Please help if possible config like that.

To the best of my knowledge, Recording/Streaming within vMix use the same feed and are inseparable.
In order to record a clean feed you will need to use an External recorder of some sort and record a properly configured External or Fullscreen feed from vMix.

As Ice said you will need to use external 2. You could send this with overlays to an instance
or buy a Basic HD version and stream from that. Vmix 1 then records a clean version.
Vmix 2 could record NDI / Ext 2 if on a laptop. It may be easier to buy a recorder.
