I am confused about Instant Replay. What I add Instant Replay as an Input, the Instant Replay Input Settings window opens but the Recording Format options for resolution and frame rate are grayed out (see attached).

What am I missing?

Try specifying a new recording location.

Or just empty the folder you're using before opening vMix, that also works :)
