i keep getting an error from youtube no matter how I set it up, we wiped the computer to install the new graphics card and when I was setting everything back up I cant get you tube to stream.
streaming error: problem publishing at primary server FMLE exited

First, update vMix to the latest version from the vMix.com website.
Second, in the Stream Settings (the little gear icon to the left of the Stream button at the bottom of the vMix window), select FFMPEG as the Application.
Then, Add a new profile (give it a name), Select Destination as YouTube Live.
Then, go to YouTube.com and log into your account, click My Channel (left column), and then click Video Manager. In the left column, click Live Streaming and scroll down to the Encoder Setup section and copy the Stream/Name Key. Make sure you don't try to write it down.
Then back to vMix Stream Settings and input the Stream Key, click Save & Close and you are ready to stream.

I don't know, it worked for me. Maybe servers were down when you tried
