HELP! im getting this error from vmix

i tried to get external output and this appear:

There was an operation error because the QueryInterface call on the COM component for the interface with IID '{ CC5C8A6E - 3F2F - 4B3A - 87EA - FD78AF300564 }' generated the following error: No such interface supported (Exception from HRESULT : 0x80004002 ( E_NOINTERFACE ) ) .


my output is a blackmagic.

any ideas???
