                Hello,
I was wondering if anyone has seen any thunderbolt 3 or USB C 3.1 capture devices yet?

Seems like a quad input/output thunderbolt 3 device would be useful. Well that's if NDI doesn't take over the world first :)

 Regards,

 Speegs

Blacmagic Design UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3 is the only one that I know of...
Will probably see more come in the next few months at the European shows
CES 2017 most likely have lots by then as more and more PC / Laptops adopt
 the new connector...

I use a Sonnet Echo Express Thunderbolt II chassis with a Decklink Quad for (8) Inputs and a Decklink Duo2 for (4) Outputs. I connect it to vMix using an ASUS ROG laptop. Works very well and gives you lots of I/O.
If you need to have 4k, I've also used a Decklink 4k Pro card in the frame and it worked well with an HD input. I don't have a 4k device so I couldn't test it in 4k but I would imagine it would work...

Sonnet now makes a Thunderbolt III version of the chassis which should supports 3 cards. I would use that one in my next system.
