Hi,i have a aproblem with vMix V4 2012.
Always gives me this error when I try to add clips:

1. DragDrop.DragDrop.I_VMR
Could not Configure VMR.

2.I_VMR
AddNewInput.I_VMR
Creating an instance of the COM component with CLSID {51B4ABF3-748F-4E3B-A276-C828330E926A} from the IClassFactory failed due to the following error: 80040273.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Hi Alin,

That error message indicates a component is missing from your system, specifically the Video Mixing Renderer 9 which is a part of Windows Media Player.
To fix this, try installing the latest service pack for windows and the latest version of windows media player.

I reinstalled the operating system and the same problems persist:

What can be the solution to this problem?

I did a test now 2:00 and I installed an older version of Vmix v3 and it worked perfectly, but version 4 does not work at all to introduce media files

What graphics card do you have? Sounds like it needs to be upgraded.
v4 uses more advanced 3d features.

Use Radeon 9520 256 MB shard series, DirectX 9.0b and to make it work Vmix use a plugin called SwiftShader (emulator pixel and vertex shader 3.0).
Emulated in software mode works fine, starts capture everything, but not placed clips because rendering engine.

Hi,

Unfortunately software like SwiftShader is not supported so you will need to upgrade to a better graphics card.
